PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You may return an item within 60 day of purchase date, for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. We wil review your request within 3 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

Items that are not returnable:
Special orders include, but are not limited to, commercial and industrial springs, obsolete torsion springs and over-stressed springs. These include, but are not limited to, all springs rated at fewer than 10,000 cycles on seven foot high doors with 15″ radius tracks. The only extension springs that are returnable are the 25″ springs for double-looped and clipped springs for seven foot high doors and 27″ springs for eight foot high doors. Parts can be returned for up to 30 days if the item is in its original like new condition. Springs that are returned to us with a winding line or any other markings painted on the springs by the customer will not be refunded for the reason that they are not like new condition. Effective 8/14/2015 all returned items that qualify with our return policy are subject to a 25% restock fee.
Other item that are not returnable
Circuit boards and safety photo eyes are not returnable.

The customer pays for the original shipping as well as for shipping to return the product.
